Today we started our Saturday early since Ryan had the whole day planned out which worked beautifully and it was absolutely awesome.
We started by taking Mike and Kay to the movies to watch the new Shrek 3. While we bought popcorn and sodas to enjoy, the kids were SUPER excited. Both of them were just so happy! Then we went in and this was very special for two reasons:
1)It was our first movie as a family in the movie theater.
2)It was Kay's first time going to the movie theater. She did so good!!! She was sitting on mommy's lap the whole time and we ate a bunch of popcorn and drank yummy soda.
Both kids were completely emerged in the movie and it was so cute that both made tender sounds on the sad parts of the movie. It was a very good movie and the best part is that we all enjoyed everything.
After the movie we went to get haircuts for daddy and Mike. They both look so handsome. Kay and mommy looked at a book with different haircuts and then Kay started chewing the customers out with her "words". It is very funny and heavens know what she is trying to say :D
Then we went to the Fiesta and the weather was SO perfect and Ryan made yummy flan. The bishop whose house the party was in, is a very nice man. Everyone was very nice at the party too. Nick, Tarrah, and Tav came with us. Mike got super soaked playing with a water stick and refilling it over and over at the pool. I had to follow Kay around all the time since she is fearless and tried to go in the pool SEVERAL times. In fact she did go in once but I caught her and only got her socks wet. CRAZY!! We had lots of fun and took cute pics. I'll post them soon.
After the party we all went to get ice-cream (can u say... Saturday pigging out?) Good thing we worked out during the week ;) Mike and Kay split an ice-cream and Ryan and i split a gigantic yummy cookies and cream sundae. Kay was making faces to the customers to get their attention. She shakes and says: "oyeeee!!" it's hillarious. Mike is such a gentleman with her and he is such a great big brother sharing really good with kay.
Every time I give mike a treat, he shares it with Kay before he even tries it without me even saying anything. He is SO amazing!! I am so proud of him! and he opens my door every time to get out of the car. He is such a gentleman! I love him so much! and I love my sweet and funny Kay! and yes I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ryan. He is my best friend.
Tonight its peaceful after our babies have gone to bed. They are so tired after our busy day :) So now its Ryan's and I time. Yay!!! he just went to get me In-n out. Hmmmmm!! I am so spoiled! He is so good to me!
I love my sweet Ryan. He is my love and my best friend. I love my little family so much!
